Hello, I would say that being a mother has somehow boosted my career. My work allows me to perform my tasks from home if I need to (and this is crucial for me), and this allows me to be a multitasking "mother and worker" at the same time. The Swedish system and general attitude help me in this: the result is that my employer has an open mind, and allows me to be a mother first of all. In another country, this would not be possible. Thank you, Sweden!
